Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina is hailed as one of the most underrated but greatest cricketers to play white-ball cricket in India. Over the years, during his career, Raina played many memorable and match-winning knocks for the Indian cricket team and for his IPL team Chennai Super Kings.

Though, it has been three years since his international retirement, however, it still looks that Raina has still not lost his form.

Suresh Raina Made A Memorable Comeback

On Saturday, he made his fans nostalgic as he produced a stellar show to help his side Ganga Warriors win the Kannada Chalanachitra Cup 2023 against Vijayanagar Patriots at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru on Saturday. Raina played a key role in the team’s victory.

In the final summit clash, Raina contributed with the bat and the ball. He played a stunning knock of 54 from 29 deliveries in the summit clash, while also picking up 2 wickets with the ball. He received the man of the match award for his brilliant performance.

Not just this, but he also made everyone’s jaw drop when he went on to take a stunning diving catch off his own bowling. It happened when Raina bowled a back-of-the-length delivery which the batsman could not read, as he chipped the ball toward the non-striker’s end. Raina ran towards the ball and in his trademark style dived forward to take a terrific stunner of his own bowling.

The video of the same has been making rounds on the internet, watch it here:
