Well, he seems to have hit back at all the jokes with a weight loss that is probably an inspiration to everyone who has ever tried to do the same. Despite rumours about him undergoing a gastric bypass surgery, reports suggest that he did it the natural way, following a strict diet and exercising rigorously. The youngster used to exercise 5-6 hours a day and his regime included a 21-km walk, yoga, weight training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercises. Each of the aforementioned exercise forms helps the body in different ways.
