In the IPL 2024 match between Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Piyush Chawla provided a crucial breakthrough for Mumbai Indians by dismissing the in-form Jos Buttler.
Buttler entered the match on the back of a remarkable unbeaten century in the previous game against Kolkata Knight Riders. He and Yashasvi Jaiswal had started well, ensuring that Rajasthan Royals did not lose any wickets until the eighth over of the innings, when Piyush Chawla came on to bowl for Mumbai Indians.
Piyush Chawla Abused Jos Buttler After Dismissing Him

In the initial four deliveries, the experienced spinner allowed just two singles and nearly got Jos Buttler out with an excellent delivery that narrowly missed the outside edge. However, Buttler managed to respond with a reverse sweep on the fifth ball, hitting it for a boundary. Yet, Piyush Chawla ultimately had the upper hand.
On the last ball of the over, the ex-India spinner bowled Jos Buttler with a brilliant googly. Buttler, expecting the ball to turn away, rocked back on his back foot, but it spun the other way and hit the off stump. Piyush Chawla celebrated the dismissal with an animated send-off, saying “Beh****od”.
The video of the same has been going viral on the internet, watch it here:
