India’s opening match of ICC Champions Trophy 2017 against their arch-rivals Pakistan was one of the most one-sided India vs Pakistan match in cricket history. There were huge expectations from the game and fans from both sides of the border filled the stadium with energy and enthusiasm.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl first on a pitch that had something for the fast bowlers. But, Indian openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan batted brilliantly and put a solid partnership for the first wicket. After the fall of Dhawan’s wicket, Virat Kohli came into the middle and played a brilliant anchoring innings. In the last few overs, when India needed quick runs, it was Yuvraj Singh’s big bat that did the damage. Yuvi was given a chance early in his innings and he fully capitalised on that chance. He played some ‘vintage Yuvi’ strokes and scored a match-winning fifty.

Virender Sehwag Asked Rohit About His Heated Exchange With Aamir. This Is What He Said!

Because it was a very one-sided, there was not much aggression on the field. However, in the first over of the match, Pakistan’s fast bowler Mohammad Aamir troubled Rohit Sharma with his pace and swing and some words were also exchanged. It wasn’t a very heated conversation, but when it comes to India vs Pakistan, fans like to get involved in everything that happens on the field. And, Virender Sehwag knows exactly what the fans want to hear and he couldn’t resist from asking Rohit about it.

In a post match interview, Virender Sehwag, who is a part of the commentary team, asked Rohit about the exchange and this is what Hitman said:
