Om Raut’s directorial Adipurush has been receiving severe criticism from all across the nation for the poor quality of its dialogues and visual effects. Though, the movie opened to a huge box office number in the first few days, however, it failed to win the hearts of the fans.
Fans on social media have been mocking the makers of the movie for their interpretation of the Indian epic Ramayan. From lifting scenes from Hollywood movies to the shady depiction of iconic characters – fans are disappointed with the makers for many reasons.
Virender Sehwag Trolled The Makers Of ‘Adipurush’
Now, even former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag has taken a jibe at the movie and shared his views about Prabhas’s movie. On Sunday, Sehwag took to his social media and trolled the movie makers with a hilarious joke related to Prabhas‘ last blockbuster, Baahubali. Sharing his views on Prabhas’ latest movie, Sehwag joked:

Adipurush Has Been Receiving Severe Criticism For Its Dialogues And Wrong Representation Of The Characters
Written and directed by Om Raut, the mythological action drama Adipurush opened with a great opening at the box office earning Rs 300 crore gross worldwide in its first three days. However, ever since then, the movie has witnessed a free fall with its collections decreasing with every passing day.
The movie stars Prabhas as Lord Rama, Kriti Sanon as Goddess Sita, Sunny Singh as Laxman, and Saif Ali Khan as Raavan. Fans are particularly miffed with the director Om Raut and dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir. However, upon receiving the backlash, the duo even reworked the dialogue. But all the efforts went in vain as the movie earned only Rs 3.40 crore across all languages on its eighth day of theatrical release on Friday, June 23.
