Twitterati React To Hardik Pandya Abusing Jasprit Bumrah For Not Being Able To Stop The Ball: It was a terrific win for the Mumbai Indians as they won their first match of the IPL 2020 campaign by beating Kolkata Knight Riders by 49 runs. The match was filled with amazing performances in all the departments of the game from Mumbai Indians.
Indian cricket stars Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah are two of the most talented cricketers in the world currently. Both the cricketers are very opposite to each other when it comes to fielding. We have witnessed Hardik Pandya take some jaw-dropping, eye-popping catches, from taking a dive, fly, or anything else.
On the other hand, Bumrah likes to protect himself by adding pressure on his body. We have mostly seen Bumrah creating magic only with his bowling spells. Recently, during the second match of Mumbai Indians when Jasprit Bumrah didn’t dive to take a catch, Hardik was left angry and disappointed. Hardik didn’t hold back to express his feelings right there as he was seen hurling abuses at Bumrah.
It happened during the first delivery of the 12th over when Kieron Pollard bowled an off-cutter to already struggling Eoin Morgan. In order to hit the ball, Morgan threw his bat out in the backward point direction, pushing the ball behind square, right where Jasprit Bumrah was standing.
Though Jasprit started running from short fine-leg, trying his best to reach the ball however, he failed miserably. Following which, Hardik Pandya, who was initially fielding in the square leg, expressed his frustration by abusing them.
