It was the day two of the second Test at Perth between India and Australia today. Jasprit Bumrah, the Indian fast bowler stunned everyone as he trapped the Australian skipper Tim Paine with his stunning delivery.

Starting the day on 277 for six, Cummins along with skipper Tim Paine showed great partnership to extend the first innings score. The duo showed brilliant performances against a potent line-up to bring up the 300 runs for the hosts.

It was the first time in seven innings when the hosts were able to cross the 300 run-mark. However, the partnership came to an end with a splendid delivery from the Indian pacer, Jasprit Bumrah that dismissed the Australian skipper, Tim Paine.

That’s not all, the men-in-blue turned the tables and went on to take two wickets in a span of three balls. It was Umesh Yadav who first tasted the blood by removing Cummings after he made 69 runs. It was a back of a length delivery by Jasprit Bumrah that trapped the Australian skipper, Tim Paine.

Although, the ball struck in-front of the middle and Tim Paine took a chance to review but it went in vain. The umpire, Chris Gaffaney had already raised his finger to give out to Paine and the review was also given straightway. The review went in vain and the on-field call stayed as Tim Paine walked back to pavilion.

This ball from Jasprit Bumrah in Perth was literally unplayable for the batsman and wicket-keeper…pic.twitter.com/HTRG66TctF

At last.

India bowls full and straight and gets two wickets.

Just 4 of the first 90 deliveries on day 2 would have hit the stumps.

Lower order hanging on again. Thought Bumrah might have been a greater threat.

Opening the bowling on day 2 with Ishant and Shami when Bumrah is by far your best bowler is a Classic Kohli captaincy tactic.
Basically, it means NOT taking the most logical decision. #AUSvIND
