The India captain on Sunday looked angry and shocked at two youngsters, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sarfaraz Khan, for not waiting until his declaration signal and deciding to walk toward the dressing room.

Jaiswal and Sarfaraz tormented the England bowlers and fielders in the heat of Rakot on Sunday with their epic partnership of 172* (158) as the pair took India’s lead past 500 in the second innings. It felt that a declaration was near as India had taken a lead of more then 500 and the players were dressed in their whites ready to take the field.

During the second session on Day 4, when the umpires called for a drinks break both Jaiswal and Sarfaraz started walking toward the dressing room. Rohit Sharma looked at them and his expressions and gestures told the entire story.
