India wicket-keeper batter and Delhi Capitals’ regular captain Rishabh Pant gave a big surprise to his fans as he made his first public appearance after his horrific crash in December 2022. Rishabh, who has been currently recovering from the multiple injuries that he sustained during the accident, was seen cheering for his IPL team Delhi Capitals’ first home match in the Indian Premier League 2023.

Rishabh Pant arrived at the Arun Jaitley Stadium as Delhi Capitals play its second game of the ongoing season of IPL against Gujarat Titans. In Pant’s absence in the ongoing season, Australia’s star batter David Warner has been leading the side as the captain, while they are still struggling for a wicket-keeper replacement.

While in the first game, Sarfaraz Khan was given a chance with the gloves, on the other hand, Abhishek Porel was handed a debut in the second match.

Pant can be seen making his way to the Arun Jaitley Stadium in an SUV, as seen in exclusive footage shared by India Today. Pant made his way to the stands at the stadium with the support of crutches. He can be seen wearing a white t-shirt and black shades as he was greeted by the fans at the stadium.

Pant had a heavy strapping on his legs as he is recovering from the multiple injuries.
