A lot has changed in the life of the Indian all-rounder, Hardik Pandya since the last season of Koffee With Karan. Well, the start of 2019 was more like a nightmare for the Indian all-rounder as he faced brutally trolling and bashing on social, media after he appeared on the popular chat show Koffee With Karan along with his teammate and good friend KL Rahul.
Hardik Pandya revealed many things on the show, which were later termed as ‘sexists’ by social media. KL Rahul also faced the heat for his few comments on the show.

The online bashing resulted in a controversy after which both the cricketers were suspended for some time from playing the game by the Board of Cricket Council Of India (BCCI). It’s been a year to the incident and the memories are still afresh in everyone’s mind. Seems like cricket is also not able to forget the incident as well.
Recently, in an interview with India today, Hardik Pandya went down the memory lane and opened up about the controversy. Talking about it, he stated that the ball wasn’t in his court. He said:
“We as cricketers did not know what was going to happen. The ball was not in my court, it was in some else’s court where they had to take the shot and that’s a very vulnerable place you don’t want to be,”
Well, much to his relief, the ban was soon removed and he made a strong comeback and won the hearts of the netizens once again.
Lately, 2020 has started with a high note for Hardik Pandya, unlike last year. Recently, on the first day of the new year, Hardik Pandya proposed his girlfriend Natasa Stankovic and she said yes. The cricketer took to his Instagram and shared the news of his engagement with his fans. Sharing the pictures and videos on Instagram, Hardik wrote:
“Mai tera, Tu meri jaane, saara Hindustan. ??01.01.2020 #engaged”
