The aggressive right-hander, who then held the record for the fastest fifty in IPL history with a half-century in just 15 balls, completely destroyed the SRH bowlers. While Yusuf concluded with 72 off just 22 balls and his innings was peppered with five fours and seven maximums, not a single SRH bowler was spared. The highest quality hitting allowed KKR to chase down the 161-run mark in just 14.2 overs.
4) Sunil Narine – 15 balls vs Royal Challengers Bangalore, Bengaluru (2017)
Long hits from West Indian Turner are not frequently recognised. He can certainly hit a long ball, but it usually only comes at the end of innings and for a brief period of time. However in 2017, the Kolkata Knight Riders took a chance on Narine and started using him as the opening batsman. In Indian Premier League 2017 Match 46 vs Royal Challengers Bangalore, Narine demonstrated supremely brutish striking. KKR was attempting to reach a 159-run mark.

7) Chris Gayle – 17 balls vs Pune Warriors India, Bengaluru (2013)
In the Indian Premier League, 8 batsmen—specifically—have reached 50 runs in 17 balls or fewer. But, we choose Chris Gayle’s 50 as the best of the nine simply because of the amount of attention it produced. Gayle was in pure beast mode throughout the 2013 Indian Premier League. He went above and beyond against Pune Warriors India on this specific day. Gayle, who batted first, took the Pune attack by the scruff of the neck and pounded them into every nook and cranny of the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. He needed 17 balls to reach his half-century, but he wasn’t done yet.
