Fans Trend “Miss You Shikhar Dhawan” After Shubman Gill Fails In World Cup Final vs AUS

The Indian fans missed the services of veteran opener Shikhar Dhawan after young opener Shubman Gill failed in the World Cup 2023 final against Australia.

India and Australia met in the World Cup 2023 final on Sunday at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

While Rohit Sharma continued on his attacking spree, Gill had a failure as he was dismissed for only 4 runs by Mitchell Starc. Gill tried to pull a short ball from Starc but mistimed and misplaced it and it went straight to Adam Zampa at mid-on to give Australia their first scalp in the final.

Fans said they and India missed Shikhar Dhawan today with his vast experience and especially his success in ICC tournaments and playing against Australia.
