The game between Faf du Plessis’ team and Shikhar Dhawan’s squad took place at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, where the home team, RCB, won by 4 wickets. RCB bowled first, limiting PBKS to 176/6 in 20 overs. Mohammed Siraj and Glenn Maxwell claimed two wickets each, while Yash Dayal and Alzarri Joseph took one each.

After winning the Player of the Match award for his outstanding performance against the Punjab Kings, Virat Kohli expressed his gratitude towards his fans. “Just to feel normal for two months – for me, my family – it was a surreal experience. Couldn’t have been more grateful to God for the opportunity to spend time with the family.
