Mumbai Indians played brilliantly in the tenth edition of the Indian Premier League and won the title by beat MS Dhoni’s Rising Pune Supergiant in an epic finale that went down to the wire.
After Mumbai Indians won the tenth edition of the Indian Premier League, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar and COO Triple H, congratulated them on Twitter and promised to send a special gift for the team.
Triple H quoted Mumbai Indians tweet and written: “WWE has something headed your way.”
This created a storm among fans on Twitter because there is a big fan following of WWE in India and Triple H is one of the biggest stars in the history of WWE, which was earlier WWF.

Fans started speculating that what gift will Triple H send for Mumbai Indians and how the WWE is suddenly taking interest in cricket. However, it was later revealed that WWE is celebrating with champions of different sports around the world, and Triple H’s tweet was a part of that initiate by WWE.
The COO of WWE Triple H completed his promise, as he sent a custom-made version of the World Heavyweight title belt to Mumbai Indians. Triple posted a picture of the belt and wrote: “@MIPaltan @ImRo45 as promised, the @WWE Title is on its way… Congratulations! @WWEIndia”
