Delhi’s young and dynamic batsman Rishabh Pant created history by slamming the fastest ever hundred in history of India’s first-class cricket. Rishabh Pant has been in terrific form this season and he has slammed 4 hundreds in 6 innings for Delhi so far in the Ranji Trophy 2016-17.
Batting against Jharkhand in ongoing Ranji Trophy season, Risbahh Pant reached his century off just 48 balls. Pant broke the previous record of 56 balls held by two cricketers. In the ongoing season of the Ranji Trophy, Rishabh Pant is the most prolific run scorer and arguably the best batsman on the show so far.

Earlier in the season, Rishabh Pant became the second wicket-keeper batsman to slam a triple-century in first-class cricket. Pant achieved historic feat against Maharashtra at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. He scored 308 runs from 326 balls before being stumped by Vishant More. Rishabh slammed 42 fours and 8 sixes during his phenomenal innings.
