Besides his commentary, Sanjay Manjrekar is infamous for his controversial opinions on the Indian cricketers. It hasn’t been long very long when Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and popular Indian commentator Sanjay Menjrekar were involved in an ugly spat after Manjrekar called him bits and pieces cricketer during India vs Bangladesh match in World Cup 2019.
In the following match, Ravindra Jadeja had smashed a stunning half-century to shut the commentator for his remarks.
Sanjay Manjrekar is at it again and this time, he has targetted Jasprit Bumrah. After team India’s thumping win against New Zealand in Hamilton on Wednesday, Sanjay Manjrekar took to his Twitter and commented on Jasprit Bumrah’s Super Over.
Jasprit Bumrah, who is considered as one of the best bowlers in the death overs because of his variations and dangerous yorkers, failed to leave a mark with his bowling unlike always as Kane Williamson and Martin Guptill smashing him around the park, where he scored 17 runs off his six deliveries.
Jasprit Bumrah is still struggling to find his best form since his return from a back injury earlier this month. He has been far from his miserly self as he leaked runs not just in his four overs but in super over as well.
In the just-concluded series, Jasprit Bumrah turned out to be one of the most expensive bowlers giving away 45 runs at an economy rate of 11.25.
Giving an advice to Jasprit Bumrah, Sanjay Manjrekar wrote:
“Watched that super over from Bumrah. He is such a fabulous bowler but he could use the crease a little more to create different delivery angles”

1 bad day and even average players of their time become advisors to worlds best. Not implying that its bad to give advice, its just the credibility of the source of advice. I find it funny! ?
