Batting at number 4, in his belligerent knock, Shivam Dube cracked 52 runs off 27 balls at a strike rate of 192. The lanky left-hander smashed 2 fours and 5 handsome, towering sixes. One of those sixes stunned everyone as it went 111 meters long, the second-biggest six of the IPL 2023 so far.
Faf du Plessis currently holds the record of the biggest/longest six of Indian Premier League 2023, measuring 115 meters which he hit to Ravi Bishnoi, and Dube is right behind with 111 meters sixer to RCB’s Pacer
Characteristically, Harshal bowled a slower, cutter ball at 119 KPH. Harshal wanted to bowl a dipping slower ball, but it became a full toss on a good height for Shivam who swung his bat with all his might and deposited the ball way deep into the Chinnaswamy stands.
