Twitterati Are Saying That “Guru” Jofra Archer Had Predicted Nicholas Pooran’s Fielding: It was one of the most terrific saves in the history of cricket. Nicholas Pooran, who has been one of the key assets for Kings XI Punjab this season, left everyone stunned with his splendid effort on the boundary as he saved a six.
It happened during the third delivery of the eighth over when Rajasthan Royals batsman Sanju Samson attempted to hit a six off Punjab spinner Murugan Ashwin. Sanju Samson smashed a half-tracker that would have gone for a six but for Pooran, who was standing at the right place at the right time. He stopped the ball in the air inches away from the rope with an acrobatic save.
Pooran, made everyone sit at the edge of their seats as he dived full length over the rope, caught the ball but knowing that he was over the boundary, flicked the ball back to Glenn, pulling off a stunning catch.
