IPL 2022: MS Dhoni Is Getting Mercilessly Trolled On Twitter

All hopes were on CSK’s captain MS Dhoni after he walked out to bat against Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. However, the team lost the game by 13 runs after Dhoni couldn’t take the side home.

MS Dhoni won the toss and opted to bowl first. Though, they started off well as they restricted RCB to 173 runs. However, the Dhoni-led team lost hold of the game in the second innings when they walked out to bat.

Chennai got off to just the start they needed but then the openers Ruturaj Gaikwad and Robin Uthappa fell in quick succession. However, Devon Conway carried on with the momentum and was timing the ball wonderfully, but the wickets kept on falling from the other end. Devon Conway soon reached his fifty and then got out.

Following this, Moeen Ali, who was set also lost his wicket, and star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja also failed to do much with the bat. MS Dhoni walked out to bat after the team suffered a horrible collapse, however, he failed to give the best of his abilities. Dhoni had too much to do on his own and the time was in RCB’s favor. CSK were eventually restricted to 160/8, losing the contest by 13 runs.

Meanwhile, fans on social media were left disappointed after CSK’s defeat. Fans are now trolling Dhoni left, right and center on Twitter. There were many who came up with hilarious memes and jokes, while trolling the legendary captain.
