Sachin Tendulkar Shared A Heartfelt Post With Legends After The Bushfire Relief Match: The most talked-about Bushfire relief match is underway with Ponting XI and Gilchrist XI locking their horns with each other at the Junction Oval in Melbourne. A host of cricket legends came together and have managed to raise more than USD 7.7 million for the people affected by raging Australia’s bushfire that has made a devastating impact on vast swathes of the country.
Legendary batsmen including Sachin Tendulkar, Ricky Ponting, Brian Lara, Wasim Akram, and Adam Gilchrist were a few among many others who took part in the 10-over side charity match.
During the Bushfire charity match, the fans were delighted to see Sachin Tendulkar coming out of his retirement after five years to play an over against the Australian all-rounder Ellyse Perry. Yes, after five and a half years, Sachin Tendulkar returned back to the field with a stunning first-ball four.
Sachin Tendulkar, who participated in the Bushfire Bash with the chief purpose of coaching the Ponting XI, took to his social media to share his experience and a few pictures of himself with other batting legends. In the pictures, Sachin Tendulkar and other cricketers were seen signing jerseys for each other. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Sachin wrote:

Had a lot of fun coming together for a cause like the Bushfire Relief.

Yuvraj Singh, who played for Adam Gilchrist’s team, also took to his social media and shared a picture of himself sitting with the legends. He also wrote a heartfelt message thanking the legends for uniting for the noble cause. He wrote:
“The southpaw club ! #legends , raised almost close to 8 million dollars for the bushfire relief fund ! ? Thank you people it’s great to see the world uniting when we need each other ?? @gilly381 @BrianLara”
