Virat Kohli Gave A ‘Heart-Winning’ Reaction To Mukesh Choudhary: MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings is currently locking its horns against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the ongoing IPL 2022 fixture at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
The first over of the ongoing game between RCB and CSK set the tone right between both the heavyweights. Running in with the new ball, Chennai Super Kings’ pacer Mukesh Chaudhary bowled a tidy over against RCB skipper Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli.
After two back-to-back dots, Virat Kohli smashed Mukesh for a boundary on the 5th deliver of the over. On the last delivery, Virat hit one back to the bowler, who took a shy at the stumps. Since Virat had walked down while playing it back to the bowler, Mukesh tried to take a shy in the hope of getting his wicket, however, the ball hit Kohli on his thigh.
Mukesh immediately apologized to the Indian legend, who responded with a smile and a thumbs-up. The video of the same has gone viral on the internet.

Talking about the game, Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis kept the scoreboard ticking in the powerplay. The duo added 13 runs in the 4th over and 18 runs in the 5th over, as RCB breached the 50-run mark in the 5th over.
Moeen Ali, who was returning back to the playing XI, got the first breakthrough for Chennai Super Kings when he got Faf du Plessis caught for 38 runs off 22 balls.
After 20 overs, Royal Challengers Bangalore posted a target of 173 runs on the scoreboard. It will be interesting to see whether Dhoni will be able to lead the team to its fourth victory of the season.
